you have obtained from your education. Our goal is to inspire you with new ideas
and to grow your skills through our expertise. The first step is for you to recognize
and understand what your goals are.

This will make it easier for you to find the right salon for you.

The first three months
• Foundation training
• Introduction to Assaf Salon System
• General apprenticeship

In the fourth month you will be trained by a color specialist or designer on weekly rotation
for your first promotion to be an assistant stylist at this point you will be working
as a license professional learning to cut or color hair the Assaf way. Weekly
advanced training will continue during your time as an assistant stylist with a designer
or colorist. The next step will give you the opportunity to improve your skills,
built your confidence and prepare you for your promotion to be a stylist.
The promotion will depend on you meeting the following goals.

• Productivity 85%
• Retail per client $15.00
• Appointment pre booked 60%
